Yerba Mate Tea
This traditional tea from South America is said to have the caffiene of coffee, the benefits of tea and the joy of chocolate. Its rich in nutrients and anti-oxidents, can improve focus and help enhance physical performance, may help lose belly fat and could even prevent infections.
Studies do show that drinking yerba mate for prolonged periods of time can increase your chances of some cancers as it does have some of the same carbons such as those in grilled meat and tobacco smoke. Moderation in all things! Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Contains high amounts of caffiene and can cause headaches, migraines and high blood pressure in some individuals.
