Hibiscus Tea
This wonderful tea is another one that can be consumed hot or cold! I love this tart delicious flavor! My favorite way to drink this tea is as an additive! I brew a very strong concentrate and add sugar, making a flavored simple syrup! A lil splash in my beverage gives it a nice flavor pick me up and sweetens at the same time!
Hibiscus or Jamaica, is packed with antioxidents, may help lower blood pressure, could boost liver health and may help with weight loss. This herb has also been known to help with sore throats, decrease the growth of bacteria and is definitely delicious and easy to make!
